Welcome Ray Middle Schoolers!

  • We are buzzing with excitement for the start of the school year!  In a few short weeks, 6th graders will be taking their first steps to becoming independent learners, and 7th graders will take on new roles as leaders in our school.  As we embark on this year's journey, all students will have the unwavering support of teachers, support staff, and administration.

Ray Administrative Team:

Schedules Released: 8/22/25 

  • One week from today student schedules will go live on SchoolTool.  Additional information can also be found within SchoolTool, like guidance counselors, family contacts, and locker information.  If you plan on attending a “Meet Your Locker Day,” it will be helpful to bring a printed copy with you.  

Meet Your Locker Days:

  • At the end of August, students and families will have access to the school building during specific times.  These sessions will allow students the opportunity to see and set up their locker, walk their schedule, and explore Ray.  Students may come to as many sessions as they wish.  ***NOTE: Medical orders and medications may be dropped off in our school Health Office during all three sessions***

    • Friday, 8/22, 12:30-2:30 PM

    • Monday, 8/25, 9:00-11:00 AM

    • Tuesday, 8/26, 4:00-6:00 PM

School Immunizations: 

  • Please see the August 1st ParentSquare communication regarding immunization requirements for all students.  If your child does not receive their required immunization(s) set forth in the New York State Immunizations for School Attendance by 9/16/2025, then by law, your child will not be allowed to attend school starting 9/17/25.

School Supplies & Haircuts: 

  • School supply lists can be found at this link.  Please fill out this form if you are in need of school supplies or a free haircut for the 2025-2026 school year.  Distribution is planned for August 20-21 at the Student Services building on the main campus.   

Open House Events: 6:00-8:00 PM

  • 6th Grade - Wednesday, September 10th

  • 7th Grade - Thursday, September 18th

    • Look for more information to be shared as we approach these events.

First Day of School: 9/3

  • The first day of school is Wednesday, September 3rd.  Here is a copy of the Ray Bell Schedule.  Parent drop-off begins at 7:00 AM in the side parking lot.  Parent pick-up begins at 2:30 PM in the front bus circle.  Please be patient with transportation and leadership the first few weeks of school as we fine-tune arrival and dismissal procedures.
